Join us for Manifest & Create, a transformative workshop to align your intentions and bring your vision for the New Year to life. Adam will set the tone of our afternoon with a 30-minute sound meditation, followed by reflective prompts to set meaningful goals. Laina will then lead us in a grounding practice and provide creative tools to craft a personalized vision board for manifestation. Together, we’ll create a powerful foundation for the year ahead.
